Once upon a time ...

While serving as the Ambassador of FUN for the highly successful Southwest Airlines, I created Feel Good Songs to introduce customer care and employee development topics and build receptivity for special messages for all of the Southwest Airlines employees.  Examples: "You Can Lock Me Up In Jail, But You Can't Keep My Face From Breaking Out!"; "No Matter Where You Go, There You Are!"; "How Can I Miss You If You Won't Go Away!"

Upon hearing these songs, at the recommendation of Tom Volz, VP of Marketing, Howard Putnam, CEO of Southwest made the decision to fund the orchestration of 19 of these songs to the tune of $10,000!

For the Teddy Ruxpin Bear project, Veritel, Inc. hired me to adapted 8 of my children's character-building songs, rewriting them in "bear lyrics" for a major client they hoped to land: Toys R Us. These songs were designed to teach values, build character and inspire ethical behavior.

But first I had to help Veritel, Inc. get a foot in the door at Toys R Us. To prove myself as a credible song-writing resource, I was challenged to write two songs on a flight from Chicago to Dallas. I was called with that challenge just before I boarded the flight in Chicago.

One song had to be designed to get children to clean up their rooms and the other to remind a child that gifts in the home come from the hearts of people who love them.

By the time my flight arrived in Dallas, both songs were completed with melody line and lyrics. Upon hearing the songs, Toys R Us purchased 17,000 units of my "Teddy Ruxpin Bear Songs".

I wrote and donated the theme song for the National Hug Your Kids Day campaign for Michelle Nichols, who is the founder of Hug Your Kids LLC.  Michelle was presented the Nevada Governor's Award for Distinguished Business of the Year – Start-up Category.

All of my Tony Tunes are family-friendly, life-affirming songs.  I no longer charge for them.  They are FREE to enjoy and share.  You can use them to teach values, to help someone you know feel better about who they are and what they can accomplish, and to have fun together with family and friends.  See Testimonials.

Sure, donations are greatly appreciated and are used to write more FREE songs.  Thank you.

I believe G-rated fun songs can energize, engage and enrich people so they become more receptive to messages presented and more likely to act on what they hear.  Enjoy the songs and please feel free to share them with as many people as you'd like.   Cheers, Tony Brigmon
